Your money matters. This page explains how money we hold on behalf of clients is protected.
What is client money protection?
Client money protection (CMP) is a scheme that repays clients if an agent who holds their money, such as a rent or a deposit, misuses it or cannot return it. Money held in a separate client account can be refunded even if the agent goes out of business.

How we handle client money
- Client money is held in a client account that is separate from our own funds.
- We keep clear records of every payment received and made on your behalf.
- Our accounts are independently reviewed [every year].
